Pre tenancy
(All costs are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate)
- Admin/Credit referencing fee – £150 per person
- Check in fee – Price is based on the size of the property, please see below:
1 Bedroom – £135
2 Bedroom – £155
3 Bedroom – £170
4 Bedroom – £185
5 Bedroom – £205
- Deposit – Typically 6 weeks’ rent (per property)
- Guarantor required? Keatons allows the first one to be referenced without charge; each additional guarantor carries a fee of £50+VAT. *
During your tenancy
(All costs are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate)
- Change of occupancy – £290 per person
- Renewal document fee – £140 per property
Post tenancy
(All costs are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate)
- Reference request fee – £26 per person
Throughout the tenancy
Throughout the tenancy and at the end of the tenancy there are other costs that must be covered on top of the rent. These could include:
- Utilities (gas, electricity, water and telephone)
- Council Tax
- Television licence
- Installation of cable/satellite
- Insurance (for your personal and own contents)
- Garden maintenance
- Professional cleaning of the property
- Dilapidations
